Whether the project is a festival, a company conference or a large family event, effectively organising and implementing arrangements for a large number of travellers requires knowledge, focus and attention to detail.  Understanding the brief is obviously essential and from there inspired ideas, problem solving skills and a calm head all help to ensure the success of any project.

Corporate

We are experts in booking corporate travel for a range of clients ranging from VIP bespoke travel arrangements to group travel. Some recent projects include:

• Flights from all over Australia for over 120 delegates to management conferences and training in both Bangkok (2013) and Phuket (2015).
• Multiple flights to Annual Medical Seminars in the US over the last 5 years.
• Domestic and Trans Tasman delegate travel to attend Medical Workshops. Multi-annual events over the last 5 years.

Festival

For over 20 years until 2017 we were responsible for booking international and domestic travel for artists attending the Melbourne Writers Festival.  The event ran over a 2 week period each year with dozens of artists presenting at set dates and times.  Ensuring each artist travelled smoothly and comfortably, and according to the their specific schedule, took many months of organisation and an understanding of the requirements of both artist and festival.

Personal

Some examples of the projects we have been involved in are:

• A 50^th birthday in Fiji for 80 adults and children – long, medium and short hauls flights, accommodation, transfers, introduction and celebration events.
• A 40^th birthday Port Douglas : Domestic flights, 7 bedroom villa, transfers, diving trip and celebration lunch.

We have been fortunate enough to have a great relationship with the wonderful team at Liberty Events over many years who are experts in creating and fully servicing corporate events specifically conferences, incentives and Gala dinners. We have worked closely with and for them on various projects to ensure the very best of results.  Their experience in the events arena has been proven over 20 years, this is evident from their loyal client base and their rate of referrals.
